The lemon balm really lifts the lavender and chamomile instead of letting them get too heavy, which makes this an easy afternoon pick-me-up. I've already reached for it three days in a row when I need to reset after lunch.

I’m not usually a tea-for-relaxation person, but the lemon balm note really rounds out the lavender and chamomile so it doesn’t taste like potpourri. A mug of this after dinner genuinely slows my brain down, and the floral aroma lingers nicely in the cup.
