ジャスミン緑茶

Steeped this at 175°F for two minutes and the jasmine came through soft rather than perfumey, which is exactly what I wanted. The loose leaves unfurl nicely and there's barely any bitterness even when I forget and leave it a bit long.

Steeped a cup after dinner and the floral sweetness really comes through without masking the grassy green tea underneath. The loose leaves unfold beautifully and give a smooth, calming sip that lasts for a couple of infusions.

The dry leaves already smell incredible, and once steeped the floral jasmine over that clean, grassy green tea base is exactly the delicate balance I was hoping for. A single teaspoon fills my mug with this soft, perfumed aroma that makes the whole afternoon feel calmer.
