薰衣草洋甘菊幸福茶

The lemon balm really lifts the lavender and chamomile instead of letting them get too heavy, which makes this an easy afternoon pick-me-up. I've already reached for it three days in a row when I need to reset after lunch.

I’m not usually a tea-for-relaxation person, but the lemon balm note really rounds out the lavender and chamomile so it doesn’t taste like potpourri. A mug of this after dinner genuinely slows my brain down, and the floral aroma lingers nicely in the cup.

The dry leaves smell heavenly before I even pour the water, and the cup itself is so smooth and calming that I've started brewing it every evening instead of my usual tea. The lavender and chamomile really do work together as a dreamy escape.
