I was skeptical about the mint since I usually find it overpowering, but it just lifts the tangy hibiscus instead of drowning it out. Steeped it hot for about five minutes and the citrus notes really came through. Been drinking it every evening this week.

I brewed this over ice after a long afternoon and that citrus note really cuts through the hibiscus tang perfectly. The mint stays refreshing without going icy or sharp, exactly what I wanted from the description.

The mint hits first thing on the nose, then the citrusy hibiscus tang finishes clean and bright. It’s the kind of cool, zesty sip that actually perks me up mid-afternoon, and I’ve already gone through half the bag.
