The heart-shaped scoop holds exactly one teaspoon, which turned out to be the perfect amount for my morning loose-leaf. I keep it right in the tin now, and the little heart makes me smile every time I dig it out.

The wood is silky and lightweight enough that I forget it’s in my hand during morning tea prep. That heart scoop holds just the right amount of loose leaves for my small pot, and it’s smooth all over with zero splinters.

The wood is so smooth and lightweight that I keep reaching for it even when I'm just scooping from my tea tin. The heart shape fits perfectly in the palm of my hand, and it makes my afternoon pour feel like a little ritual instead of a rush.
