Peppermynte Lakris Lettelse

The peppermint hits first and then the licorice root kind of melts in behind it, which is exactly the balance I was hoping for. I've been sipping a cup most evenings and it's become a nice little wind-down ritual.

The peppermint comes through crisp and clean while the licorice root rounds it out with just enough sweetness, no harsh bite. I look forward to that warm cup after dinner now, it’s genuinely calming and doesn’t taste overly medicinal.

I've been brewing this every afternoon when I need a calming reset, and the licorice root really rounds out the peppermint so it's not sharp at all. The sweetness is subtle enough that I don't feel the need to add anything to it.
