I’ve been brewing this every afternoon since it arrived—the hibiscus gives it that floral tang that balances the elderberry so well, and it’s become my little ritual. Even the dry leaves smell bright and citrusy before the water hits them.

The hibiscus really comes through after the elderberry, which I didn't expect but ended up liking. I do wish the citrus note lingered a bit longer in the finish, though. Still, it's become my go-to afternoon cup.
