The first sip hits with that tart elderberry punch, then the citrus rounds it out perfectly—it’s the only tea I look forward to all day. The hibiscus gives it a nice floral depth that keeps it from being one-note.

I’ve been brewing this every afternoon since it arrived—the hibiscus gives it that floral tang that balances the elderberry so well, and it’s become my little ritual. Even the dry leaves smell bright and citrusy before the water hits them.

The hibiscus really comes through after the elderberry, which I didn't expect but ended up liking. I do wish the citrus note lingered a bit longer in the finish, though. Still, it's become my go-to afternoon cup.
